Cucina di pesce, non tradizionale, ma revisionata. Piatti buonissimi, particolari e revisionati dai chef in maniera gustosa e fantasiosa. Allego una foto per rendere l' idea, hot dog di pesce

Uno dei locali migliori in cui sono stato. L'ambiente è molto curato e caratteristico senza essere chic, collocato in un angolino in prossimità della piazza di Faenza. Il servizio cortese, preciso, non invadente ma al punto di sentirti un cliente da sempre. La qualità delle portate è super e con quantità non da assaggino, ma perfette. Ottime le orecchiette al sugo con vongole, cozze e lumachine, veramente fantastiche da 5 stelle solo loro. I sardoncini poi...abbiamo fatto il bis e con questo ho detto tutto. Alla fine il prezzo una piacevole sorpresa...pensavo di spendere di più.

Serata in famiglia in questo locale, che ho trovato particolarmente interessante. Menù estremamente particolare, con portate a base di pesce cucinato e presentato in versione originale e con accostamenti impensabili ai più. Piatti dal gusto delicato e presentati in maniera allettante. Menù spartano che permette di provare tutta l'offerta. Personale cortese e tempestivo con le ordinazioni. Il locale dispone anche di una zona esterna, ma non ha parcheggio esclusivo.

Buonissimo! Ho assaggiato diversi piatti, e ognuno di essi ti fa capire quanto questo locale ricerchi qualità ed equilibrio tra i sapori. Ogni boccone è stato un'esplosione di gusto. Piatto più apprezzato: Hot Dog di gambero, spaziale.
